Submittal Policy

Steeleri.com is dedicated to everything about the Pittsburgh Steelers NFL team and Steeler Nation.  Its main purpose is to inform and connect Steeler Nation.  We encourage the sharing of your images and documents as long as they relate to the Pittsburgh Steelers or to the City of Pittsburgh.  Please use the following guidelines:

Photographs

§                     Steeleri.com can only accept image files in jpeg or gif formats.

§                     Up to 3 images may be attached to an email at a time.

§                     Please resize images to standard web size (about 640W x 480H) before submitting.

§                     Vehicle license plates or other personal identification must be blotted out of the image.

§                     Submitted images will be credited to the original e-mail sender as photographer.

§                     Submitted images may be subject to resizing for posting at the discretion of steeleri.com.

§                     Some images may be selected as website graphics only with the permission of original owner.

Documents or Reviews

§                      Steeleri.com can only accept attached text in MS word format.

§                      Submitted documents will be credited to the original e-mail sender as author.

§                      Submitted documents are subject to editing at the discretion of steeleri.com for any offensive text, while still maintaining the original intent of the document.

General

Steeleri.com will only post images or documents with credits, especially on images or documents that are protected under US or international copyright laws.  If you personally are the photographer or author, please state this on the submittal e-mail.

Steeleri.com is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during electronic transit.

When sending any images or documents, please use good judgment before submitting.

Refrain from sending anything that depicts or discusses material that could be considered offensive or controversial (religious, political, sexual or racist).  It is our goal to see that Steeleri.com remains a comfortable environment for all website users and visitors.

Posted images or documents do not reflect the views or opinions of Steeleri.com, the Pittsburgh Steelers or the National Football League.
